PRATIK CHANDARIA
Founder
Pratik was born and raised in Kenya and brings over 20 years of advisory experience spanning leadership advisory, management consulting and investment banking. He has advised senior leaders across the globe, having worked with clients in Europe, Africa, Asia and the USA. He has extensive financial and strategic advisory experience having worked with Kleinwort Benson, the British investment bank, and A.T. Kearney, the global management consulting firm. Pratik was also a senior member of the team at Russell Reynolds, the global executive search firm, where he further deployed his strategic advisory experience in a leadership advisory context. This breadth of experience has allowed Pratik to successfully advise clients in finding leadership solutions to fulfil their strategic and commercial ambitions, often a critical issue for organisations in Africa. Pratik received his B.Sc. in Economics from Bristol University and his MBA from INSEAD.
ANDREI STEPANOV
Associate Partner
Andrei has over 20 years of HR and leadership advisory experience in Eastern and Western Europe and Africa. He has held various executive HR positions in the corporate sector. Andrei was also a senior member of Heidrick and Struggles’, the global executive search firm’s, leadership consulting practice. He focuses on developing ‘the Smart Organisation’, a holistic approach to organisational and talent development that helps the CEO increase their company’s ability to cope with uncertainty. Andrei has used the “decision making” leadership assessment approach in banking, retail, mechanical engineering, agricultural and IT services sector. Andrei has an MA with distinction in Modern Languages from Nizhny Novgorod Linguistic University and an MBA from INSEAD.
AMOGELANG LETEBELE

Prior to joining the Africa Advisory Partnership, Amogelang was a Researcher and Technical Associate at the African Leadership Network (ALN), where he managed the network’s knowledge system, databases and ICT. Amogelang was part of the Founding Team of the ALN and, during the organization’s first four years of operations, was instrumental in developing the network’s institutional knowledge and managing ALN’s stakeholder relationship programmes across Africa. He was a key member of the organising committees for the ALN Annual Gatherings in Addis, Accra and Mauritius. Prior to joining ALN, Amogelang worked in the FMCG sector managing sales at Smith & Family Wholesalers, and as a tutor at the University of Pretoria. Amogelang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental and Engineering Geology from the University of Pretoria.
